Imperial User Group

As an Imperial customer, you have the option to join the proactive, independent Imperial User Group. The User Group has an annual membership fee of just £50, which is payable directly to the Group and helps pay for training sessions, guest speakers etc. as part of the bi-annual meetings. What’s more, these meetings usually include a social element, providing a great opportunity to meet and get to know your fellow Imperial users from across the parking industry in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.

The user group is also a vehicle to enable Imperial to advise users of improvements made to our systems, and our plans for future development. Most importantly, it provides the opportunity for users to establish a dialogue with Imperial and share ideas for future enhancements. At the User Group meetings, the opportunity exists for the users to glean many of the best practice principles and operational practices that make many of our software users extremely efficient in managing their parking enforcement operations.
